Tidelands and the team are ROCKSTARS!! I called them at 8:00 am and needed our HVAC fixed by 11:00 am for a guest arriving and they confirmed they could get out and would do their best to arrive before 11:00 am but at the latest will be there by 2:00 pm. They arrived onsite at 9:00 am and had the unit fixed before 11:00 am. Their customer service was something you do not see often these days, it was pleasant, to the point, and efficient. I’ve been dealing with Brett Eason the owner of Tidelands. They have been upgrading their fleet with Fords. Brett is a wonderful person to work with.

Called Tidelands after we had gotten absolutely and completely frustrated with incomplete and incorrect work done by 2 other companies, Brett and his crew came in, figured out the issues we were having, and had my system up and running PROPERLY in a short period of time. Extremely happy with the professionalism and workmanship, we now have them maintaining our office system as well.
